I’m bad at running but have made friends with the treadmill even though it kills me!
I can run for 5 minutes at the moment but want to get up to 30 minutes.
Will ‘practice’ 5 days a week and would like to be able to acheive my goal by October….

I want to lose 35lbs before I go back to work in November as I am currently on maternity leave.
Exercise isn’t a problem as I enjoy it and go to the gym 5 times a week.
Food on the other hand is a problem as I like it too much! Trying to keep to 1400 calories a day and avoiding carbs where possible but not completely cutting them out.
Lost 7lbs already which has taken 3 weeks…
Currently 160lbs
