Not sure this is the right approach for ne, but it sounds interesting:

How I did it: Each month I picked a goal & wrote a short entry about what I was going to do about it. I set a monthly reminder in my calender to update my goals. Read how I did it…
How I did it: All I did was decided I was going to do it and then ... just did it. There isn't a lot else to say - my advice to anyone else would be just to really decide to do it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Bought an external hard drive, set myself a recurring task in my calendar, and just got on with it. All I do is copy the files across once a month... should set up something more sophisticated really. Read how I did it…

Moving time again. Both really hoped we wouldn’t be doing this so soon, particularly not somewhere that’s again only going to last us a couple of years at the most. But I’m excited about the new flat. And we’re certainly getting to know our city :)
Anyway, as moving is a very good opportunity/motive to de-clutter that’s my goal for this month.
Last month’s goal of regular yoga is working out well. And I reckon I’ll keep it up … if only because, being 6 month pregnant, sitting cross-legged on the floor is about the most comfortable way to be at the moment!
I’ve just re-started yoga classes and my goal this month is to practise twice a week (so at least once a week outside my class).
We’re moving flats early next month, so a certain amount of de-cluttering would also be a good idea :)
