This goal hasn’t really fitted with being pregnant, and isn’t looking like it’ll fit with looking after my new daughter… So I’m taking a break for now.

Month #5 - Meditation 2 months ago

Need restful goals at the moment – being 7 months pregnant is exhausting – so this month my goal is to practice my meditation: to sit down at least once a week outside my yoga class and do at least 10 minutes meditation, and to look for opportunities to meditate during everyday tasks (started with the washing-up last night… works surprisingly well).
