How I did it: i came up with lots of ways to post including my daily reflection on things i am grateful for. i post by email as well which helps. and i am not afraid of small posts. Read how I did it…
How I did it: i made an effort to see friends, to make plans with busy people in advance, to leave days open to be spontaneous and it worked really well. i am happy to feel social but also to give myself space to be alone. it worked out to be a great balance! Read how I did it…
