I started my Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVDs. I have not worked out in so long, so it was no wonder that my body was already drained at the 25th minute and I woke up sore. But this soreness is the soreness of success so I am glad that I decided to make the move to start doing this. I feel good and I am going to stick with it.

So I recently discovered that one of the last chemical processes that I had on my hair caused me to lose hair in this ridiculously large spot on my head. I have since put my hair in braids and have decided that, no matter the amount of work it will take, I will no longer put chemicals on my head (with maybe the exception of a color rinse when the time is right). I love my natural hair and I am so blessed that the spot on my head did not result in a worse outcome.
Redefining my goals

I am approaching my weight loss goals from another angle so this goal is obsolete (as it is written).
