Now have two pairs of loverlee braces that go really well wih loads of my dandy shirts, and my red velvet jacket! Swish! It feels so much nicer to wear smarter clothes, I feel more presentable and therefore more confident. Good stuff! Change is good, that’s what I say.

I was sitting in a bar with some chums, and one said to me, “So, are you fluent in Swedish, then?” and I swiftly and confidently replied… in the negative. Then my Swedish friend piped up and said “Eh? come on, yes you are. Lets have a conversation and prove it”. I reluctantly complied, and lo and behold! I comprehended and understood everything, and everything I said was understood too. The first friend was duly impressed. The person most impressed was me!
Whew! So I managed to find some time between smooches after all to clean my room and indeed the rest of the flat. You know, I think it’s good to let your room get messy occasionally – you need the satisfaction you get after cleaning it to make you feel good about yourself! A bit like the satisfaction I get from washing up, and yes I know that IS a weird thing to enjoy…
