he’s such a jolly person. and he’s happy all the time which I love. why wouldn’t you believe in the man who spends all year making sure your christmas wishes come true? if you don’t believe in him, you need to watch the polar express!

...it was the best vacation I’ve ever had! I went with my grandparents and my cousin closest to my age when we were 4 or 5 but this year one of my friends was turning 19 and we’re both obsessed with disney and kid stuff so we decided to go by ourselves. IT WAS A BLAST! we got to eat in cinderella’s castle for her birthday and at night, it’s indescribably beautiful the way everything is lit up. especially on july 4th. we didn’t get to do everything so we’re going next christmas for a week and planning it already. we were more excited to meet all of the disney characters than any of the 5 and 6 year olds there! it’s the happiest place on earth and it’s impossible to be sad or in a bad mood when you’re there. I came home and felt like I was on another planet where I had to actually act my age. we stayed everyday all hours the parks were open and on the last night, when jiminy cricket was singing and they had the fireworks show, we were crying. it makes me sad everytime I hear that song “when you wish upon a star” disneyworld is the greatest vacation of all time! I want to go every year and I’ll never get tired of it. it should be a coming-of-age thing that parents HAVE to take their children when they’re 6-8, when they’re old enough to truly remember it.

I was only in 4th and 5th grade but looking back those were the best years of my life! we moved from NC and now we’re back here. all of our family lives in NC and SC so they loved visiting us but when my dad had the opportunity to move back to NC he chose to just so we’d be closer to family. he wants to retire out there and I want to go to college at Arizona State my junior and senior year of college bc right now I’m a freshman at Appalachian. the weather is the best there is. it’s never cold or too hot. even when it’s really warm, it’s not humid so you don’t get sticky. I google-earthed our house not too long ago and you can see all the pools in our neighborhood. I really regret leaving, not that it was my choice, but I want to get back out there as soon as heavenly possible! I hate NC so much now. ugh!
