so i did 3 hours cycling yesterday. have been more active of late mainly to combat the stress of upcoming exams and assignments. i am a much happier person when im active and i can afford to be a bit more lax in my eating. so today i had a deep craving for egg and cheese which i made i ate a bit and chucked 75% of it in the bin. i just needed a taste and it was enough to satisfy me. tho today wasnt really good coz i had popcorn chicken and chips. i rarely eat out so it was a treat with my best friend. doesnt matter i am happy. atleast im not really fat, will be good tomorrow i promise :)))

How I did it: I just deleted it. I cant go on anymore and have no desire too. although i will really miss looking at my highschool friends photos that i have lost contact with. but i will survive. i have so much more time now Read how I did it…
its been 2 days on my no-carb kick and i feel great. . .
no i dont really but i want to try going out with those carby carbs for a month like bread, pasta, rice etc. i still have fruit and vegies and proteins tho. i dont care about the carb content of a potato it doesnt matter. as long as its natural.

I’ve lost 1.5 kilos. how i dont know coz i havent been working out at all and yesterday i ate my weight in pizza.
i guess im not snacking as i usually do thats why.
but when i eat, i eat like a truck driver.
anyway as soon as these exams are over i want to go really strict and stuff. i will keep a food diary from tommorrow. i really want to lose all this excess weight before the new year. i dont want to have losing weight as my new years resolution ever again.
