How I did it: I worked out, ate better than I have in the past and got over my general shyness in the swimsuit department by trying on what I liked and then just buying it. The biggest challenge was actually putting it on, but on the beach with strangers I knew I would never see again was liberating. Making me more comfortable in my skin. Read how I did it…

reading all of the books (some of which, I had no idea why I owned them) I decided to give away the ones I didn’t want to read, therefore now all that is left are ones that are either required (Slaughterhouse 5, The Jungle..etc.) or ones that I really enjoy or hope to enjoy.
