I’ve lost 10 lbs in about a week and a half. I’m so proud of myself. Today is my free day. I hope I don’t over do it and gain the 10 back in one day lol.

i seem to be losing a pound a day without doing a whole lot of moving. Might not be so good. Maybe i have to examine my meal choices. I want to lose weight in a healthy manner, not just lose pounds and feel sick or do it completely the wrong way. I’m trying to develop permanent healthy habits.
