I became a vegetarian (lacto-ovo) a few of months ago, and since then I have been feeling more hungry and tired than usual. But, ironically, I’ve also put on a few pounds… and I believe it’s because I’m eating too many carbs and not enough protein. Has this happened to anyone else?

First anniversary... no wedding pics

My husband and I just celebrated our first wedding anniversary… but we haven’t picked out the photos for our wedding album! I’m so afraid that when we do, the photographer will say too much time has passed or not be very helpful with the process. I feel overwhelmed when trying to narrow down the 400+ digital photos to our top 50 or so. Any advice on how to do this?

I paid for a 3 month membership to my company gym… and hit the stairmaster this morning before work. I plan on working out every workday so I can slim down for my trip to Aruba in early December. Wish me luck!
