stop getting embarrased

this is how it really feels when u really wonder what u were upto when u said or did this or that…. n in a moment. evrything u do seems to be flawed n evry word u splutter seems nonsense. n due to sum mysterious reason,this has crept deep into me,it feels like i shud turn my main switch off or atleast swallow my throat.
