I loved it. Yes it probably did use stereotypes (confident girl is actually shy) but I watched it all without losing focus.
I don’t think it is a film that makes you think afterwards, but it is a good story nonetheless.

How I did it: I spent months applying for every single job, handing in cvs everywhere and asking shops. I even spent entire days applying for jobs online. After getting more and more rejection emails (and a letter from a job in Subway that I didn't apply for) I printed off 100 more cvs and handed about 20 in. How I did it: I applied for a place on the voyage from London to Liverpool for the start of the Tall Ships race 2008. It was ok, again I think it was overrated. I read a massive post on the imdb about it being a ‘masterpiece’ and whilst I agree, I still found it boring and found myself getting distracted. I give it 7/10.
