I guess I need to learn moderation… either I eat too little and I get an headache from being so hungry OR I eat too much. As part of my weight loss goal I will learn moderation.
I have gained a lot of weight in college: the social aspect of going out to eat, the convenience of fast food, the all-nighters with energy drinks and junk food. I don’t want to be this unhealthy, lazy person anymore. So, I need to stay motivated.
I have a final next Monday, so it will definately be a test whether I can cram all night junk free.
