I’ve now had milk goats for 1 1/2 years. It took me about 2 years to get a milk goat. The milk is wonderful. If you’re buying a doe in milk see if you can test milk her, she’ll accept you easier at home.

I’ve made cheese and yogurt. I want to make cream and butter.

I’ve tried a couple of times with very little success. But I’m determined. With my farm animals, I have lots to add to help the soil. First I need to go out and prep the soil.

It’s so enoucraging to read other’s successes. Gives me that little nudge to get out there.

I recently started learning Gaelic and my goal is to be fluent. I have been working on it via what I can find on the computer, which is quite a lot.

Hopefully, I can find some people to practice with.
