i’ve always wished i could do that, but i think i would only do it with my favorite band or something. i’ve seen most of my favorite bands already. maybe i can do this when i have spare money. go to a city, see a concert and then come back.

How I did it: I've just stopped drinking coffee every time i was nervous or needed something to drink. I'm carrying a bottle of water instead and drinking a lot. I've just realized that it was just a lot of caffeine and sugar for a day and that wasn't helping me at all. I wanted to feel happier and healthier and i thought that should be the beginning. How I did it: My mom was doing acupuncture to treat her injuried knee and in only one session her knee looked a lot better. So I thought "why not give it a try?".
