I almost also added “Also get an apartment,” but that should be fairly easy once I obtain a job. I will admit to not having looked with ultimate authority yet, if only because I’ve had to play two shows in two days, both of which I booked before the gravity of my own situation politely slapped me on the cheek. I know I have a lot of lofty goals up here; with any luck, this is the next one I check off.
(Also, for the record, I already have a job; I, of course, being an American with an English Literature degree, need another one to make ends meet. In all likelihood, neither of them will have anything to do with postmodern literature. Kids: Don’t let your friends major in the liberal arts.)

Here is a video of myself graduating college. All I had to do in order to get my degree was email in my final paper for English 132; summarily, I do that.
43 Things user Alison Staudinger and Mr. Jim Beam make appearances.

- The song was “Emerald Sword,” by Rhapsody.
- The MIDI aped every facet of the song, including the harmonized guitar solo.
- According to the video screen, which was mostly in Korean, the song is in C Minor.
- The video screen also showed us pictures of windsurfing, sheepdogs, dirtbikes, and bellydancing.
- The kareoke place also had Hammerfall and Stratovarius songs, also done in MIDI.
- In sum, there are things in life you will not know that you need to do until you realize you can do them.
The kareoke place is located on Rt. 9 in Hadley, MA. If you are driving to Northampton it is on your left. It is part of a fantastic Korean restaurant which has some intense kim chee and you might want to go there first. Also, while I was waiting with my friends to be seated at the kareoke place proper, I definitely saw someone bring in a cooler of beer, so that is also possible. Everybody: Please do this.
