how bout this??? I managed to keep sticked to my sit for 3 hours today!! bad news is..Thats the exact time it took me to finish the 1st lesson..got 27 left..and this wasnt the longest one..so.. anyways,its a good start,i marked this thing yesterday and i just tripled it..way to go!

i just got back from a 4 day trip,thou i walked like 42km p/day i must have eaten like half of buenos aires..First day i had a massive vegetables caneloni with tomatoes,and muzzarella (and COKE) next day i had huge roast beef with russian salad AND COKE and so on..i think the main problem was the COKEEE factor!
oh and in the bus I had lots of milk jam and well..i just fucked my goal up this past 4 days..HELP ME GUYYS! I CANT LET GO COKE! hah
i’ve been attending to the gym for almost a month now..(i used to go back in march and i managed to go for 2 straight months and results were not AS good..) but now im determined!! 30mins treadmill 45 mins weight lifting and sumtimes 30 mins of indoor cycling..having reduced my meals to 4 per day..mostly toasted cheese and ham sandwich and strawberry juice..i think this time ill make it..oh and 550 abs per day..3/4 of them lower abs…I HAVE TO GET THE BODY I WAAAANT FOR THIS SUMMER (Deceember here where im from..)!so HELP ME OUT WITH any tips..im quite fit actually..mean im not fat or anything i just want to have a PERFECT body!
