I drive :) 12 hours ago

Since writing the last entry I got my licence back on schedule, on January 2nd 2009.

I was given my Mum’s car as she was too ill to drive it.

Almost 11 months on and I’m still driving the same car with no problems except after being banned, my car insurance now costs me a small fortune (about £160 a month), confirming that getting banned was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made (so far – there’s still time to make plenty more!)

Almost back in the driving seat 14 months ago

Getting banned for drink driving was probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever done. 6 months on I regret it a lot, my life just isn’t quite as awesome as it was when I had a car.

But I’ve been on a drink-driver rehabilitation course which cuts my driving ban down to 9 months instead of 12, so 3 months from now I get my license back!

Can’t wait!

Get a tattoo
But what tattoo should I get? 16 months ago

I’ve been thinking about this recently and about what I should get.

I think I quite like the idea of getting some fantastically ornate religious imagery. I like the irony of that on a devout atheist.

I’ve also been thinking about endulging my geek chic side and getting something very very nerdy.

And I think I’ve got an answer: Mario on a crucifix! Or Wario would be even better!
