I tried The Artist’s Way over a year ago and gave up on morning pages after a few days. I think I was doing double, because “3 pages” means both sides of a page to me. Now I do “3 sides” every morning, even though I’ve lately been doing it second or third thing, especially if I have appointments later in the day. But I’ve done them every day, even when I didn’t want to. There’s always some ‘I don’t know what to say anymore’ followed by something that popped into my head after I wrote that. :)

Morning Pages
I am so not a morning person. I suffer from depression and so many days it’s difficult just to get out of bed in the morning, let alone sit down at my desk and write three pages longhand! I love writing longhand, but three pages is a lot to do all in one sitting.
It is frustrating.
