Another thing I managed to accomplish over the last 1.5 years was to stop biting my nails—GLEE! This has been YEARS in the making… and the scary part is that I didn’t even really have to try. It turned out my former assumptions relating the nail biting to school were correct, and within a month or two after college graduation, I had stopped biting my nails altogether. They’re neat and trim now, and all I have to worry about these days is trying not to break them at work! :)

Well, a lot’s happened to me over the last year and a half (the last time I happened to drop by this place) including my accomplishing several of the goals on this list! Back in August of ‘06, I actually finished that Hufflepuff scarf I’ve been working on for aaaages, so I’d be able to wear it to a Harry Potter party I was attending. YAY! It’s by no means perfect, but it’s still an accomplishment, and I’ve since started three more scarves! Of course, I find myself in the same predicament as I did with the first scarf… finding the time and motivation to work on them! I’m still happy knowing that I CAN, someday, finish them, though. :)
Well, a lot’s happened to me over the last year and a half (the last time I happened to drop by this place) including my accomplishing several of the goals on this list! One thing I accomplished was buying my first car back in October of 2006! He’s a 2002 gray Camry named Rodney, and I adore him. I can also happily declare that, while I cosigned with my dad (which has come back to bite me a few times, but oh well), I am paying for Rodney all on my own! YAY! So happy to have my driving freedom—even as frightening as it may be to drive around here!
