My goal is to run 365 miles in 2008. Might not be that big of a goal at only a mile a day, but it’s a lot more than I’m used to. Plus I’m getting a late start that I will have to make up.
I just ran (more walk/run combo as I’m out of shape) one mile in 17 min 18 seconds on the treadmill with a 0% incline. 364 more to go!
