It’s so much better to drink water and it has no calories! Drinking more water means I drink less (and now no) sodas and other junk that only makes me gain weight. This helps my other goal, to lose 60-70lbs. Yay me!

I was so deathly afraid of swimming, but summer 2006 I took swim classes and I think I’ve gotten a grip on my fear of swimming. I’m still shaky about it, but I think that with more exposure and practice that should go away someday. Yay me!!!!!
I go back to this now and then. I’ve bought a new set of CDs (instead of tapes I got last time!) and hopefully I’ll make time somewhere to learn something of Chinese.
