I was doing good not drinking soda for about a month when i started dieting.But I allowed myself to buy a diet coke one day to get my caffeine fix for the day and the next thing you know i was back to drinking at least a 2 liter a day.and spending almost as much on 20oz sodas a day as i do on cigarettes(another horrible habit i need to quit) so starting right now i am going to quit again

I’m down to 168.I was 210 pounds at the beginning of this year. Now I need to start really working out and building muscle.
so i was all set to start in the spring but talked myself out of registering I just got a promotion at work and kind of need the money so i need to wait till I get a firm schedule before I bother enrolling in school also I’m not doing so good financialy and am looking for a second job but hey its never to late to go back right
