How I did it: I moved away from my hometown for 4 months and spent that time getting to know myself. I'm on the last 3 days of my little experiment and heading home, now having a pretty good idea of who I really am. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Some friends and I all got together that night, bought some chalk and went for a walk downtown. We took the chalk and started drawing up a storm on the main street. As long as your police are fairly reasonable in town, there isn't much of a problem. Eventually through this, we got a corner of town that is dedicated to youth annoucements via side walk chalk! I feel great right now. My mood has steadily been on the up and up and this time it feels as though i’ve made a lifestyle change. I just wanted to document this as a reminder for myself. I keep praying that I’ll still with it and nt get discouraged.
