So I did make the original goal of 30, now my goal is to get down to a healthier weight of 135 so that means 20 lbs to go!

I feel great right now. My mood has steadily been on the up and up and this time it feels as though i’ve made a lifestyle change. I just wanted to document this as a reminder for myself. I keep praying that I’ll still with it and nt get discouraged.
