I have improved in this, in that I do not take things personally for very long. I realize that the only reason I am upset is because I am being too sensitive, and I get over it quickly. I would like to work on simple things not bothering me in the first place

I have quit before and started again but I am trying to make many positive, permanent changes in my life now so I think this is the time I can really do it. I quit again ten days ago. I prayed about this, and it is really helping. It is helping me to not have the cravings as much in the first place, and giving me strength to quickly overcome when I do have a craving. The hardest time is when I leave my classes, and everyone is outside smoking. Hopefully writing this goal will also help!
My good friend Hannah bought me a really nice grocery bag for Christmas, and my goal is to use it always for quick stops to the grocery store or CVS when all my purchases will fit, to cut down on how much I use plastic bags. I have used it twice, and I love it. I am making this a goal to help me remember and be motivated to use it more often!
