well, i did start reading it… and i found it kind of boring… profound, i know i know, blah blah. but i’m giving up, i’ll read the cliff notes and move onto books that i really want to read.
i really enjoy practicing yoga. i’ve gotten more consistant, but it’s still not an every day thing. i’ve gotten a lot more flexible because of it and it helps my balance and posture. recomended.
