one of my best friends bought a violin, which i used to play. he asked me to teach him how to read music and if i could tab out some songs for him, very proud of myself for remembering!

drove by today and they finally put up the closed sign!
the loan is officially approved and all we have to do now is sign of on the closing paper work first thing monday morning!!!
