1. Mango Sauteed Chicken tonight.
2. Sloppy Joes (healthier w/fake meat on steamed tortilla shells)
3. Tacos/burritos made with beef
4. Costco’s Alaskan Salmon – ok, so this is kind of cheating, but it’s a quick, easy, yummy meal!
5. Fish tacos/burritos (this one is new for me!)
