...I’ve been following Daniel’s advice (see comment from my previous post) I’ve not been looking at my weight so frequently.

For the first time in weeks I actually weighed myself this morning and got a nice surprise, my weight’s down to 210 lbs, or 15 stone (as we say here in the UK). This is very good as a) I’ve not been following the healthy eating plan as much as I should have (so I don’t deserve to loose the weight, but hey!), and b) 210 lbs was my first target! Next target 200 lbs.

OK, weighed in this morning at 212 1/2 lbs, so that’s 2 1/2 over the last 2 weeks. I weighed in yesterday morning at 211 lbs. Still the general trend is downwards so, hey, that’s still good.

Been sleeping really poorly the past week... 4 years ago

...between a combination of my daughter waking up a few times and a nasty head cold going around the house and I’m often not getting very good quality sleep. It’s really affecting me during the day :( Far too tired…
