It took much longer to get going than I expected it to, but finally I have a business! Mostly this is due to my business partner who has had several businesses before and is a strong salesperson. What happened finally was that he had a falling out with the CEO we both worked for and we started our own consulting firm.

Anyhow, it’s about eight months old now and I am earning as much as I did at my old job, only this time for myself and with the promise of things getting much better in the near future.

I urge anyone to do this if they can with minimal risk. You have to fail some before you find something that works, so you might as well get that part out of the way as soon as you can. But it is so much better to work for yourself – I am happier this way than I have ever been

I am actually making some progress on this :)

My brother already got his, all I have to do is about a gazillion tons of paperwork and pay money.
