How I did it: On the first day of school in Sept. I knew something was wrong because all of sudden I couldn't see the board from the back of the class and I always sit in the back. Instead of moving up, I just copied notes from my neighbors because I always believed I had great vision. By Dec. I was constantly squinting to see things and it was worse at night. Then my dad wouldn't allow me to drive the car until I had my eyes checked. That's … Read how I did it…
Forgot to update, but drove on the freeway for the first time on Sunday. It was so scary! My dad didn’t even warn me. He was like, “make a right over there.” and I’m all “Dad it’s the freeway.” and he goes, “mhmm I know.” So here I am.. entering the freeway. I want to freak out, but I’m afraid I’ll crash if I do. So I’m just trying to keep my speed and stay in my lane haha. My dad always says driving on the freeway is easier than the streets, but I beg to differ. We were going so fast and there were so many cars and I hated changing lanes. I guess one positive thing about the freeway is that it made me more confident driving on the street.
We had another weigh in today and I only lost one pound… I’ll never reach my goal at this rate. I need to work harder =(
