yay haven’t chewed a sweet since yesterday !

it’s been going fine, the exercise part,
although haven’t gotten down to repeating set two in evening
so far only 75 crunches.
not yet 150
contemplating if should buy weighing machine.
kindda stressful isn’t it?

enjoyed super-healthy-marketing
bought all the good food
hope this feeling of upbeat and wanting to lose weight stays

added a reminder in my cellphone to stop eating after evening
it works!

but of course, still feel fat,
but it’s okay i will feel slim again soon!

yoga sequence and 150 crunches every day
(broken into 5 sets)

eat veggies

smile and be cheerful :)

stop chewing sweets

head to my bedroom/bathroom instead of the kitchen (i realize i eat when i’m exhausted, and find comfort in food which is dumb)
