How I did it: i think making a conscious decision to do (or not to do) something is 80% of doing it. Once I became aware of how much I was buying add ons, it wasn't so natural to continue doing it. It made me want to do it less. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I found a training plan, found a race, paid the entry fee, and ran! That third step was the real commitment. I wanted to get the early bird discount but was a bit leery of signing up so early in my training program. It was that moment that I realized I was in it to win it and there was no turning back, lol.
