One week straight!

Since coming home from college I have gone to the gym every day for one week! Go me!

So far so good...

I have been going every day and trying to get two work outs in every day as well (one at the gym including running and stretching mostly and one at home for core strength or going to fitness/body building classes at the gym). I hope i can keep it up!

More cardio, less chocolate

I think one way to get to reach my body/fitness/weight goal is to try to run every day and maybe eat less of something that isn’t great for me.. like chocolate, beer or challah bread.
