Completed 2011 taxes early!

I completed them early (and pushed my accountant to complete the Partnership return early so I could do my personal taxes) to help Tom with financial aid for college. Not sure why they need my info on the FAFSA when he is independent but the earlier he gets his FAFSA completed the better shot he has at getting a work/study job on campus. The bad news, I owe almost 7K :(

I found the most amazing book on organization for adults with ADD!

It’s written not just by a professional organizer but also a clinician experienced with ADD and it’s called ADD Friendly Ways To Organize Your Life. Everything I’ve read in it so far explains me to a T; varying levels of attention, the need for stimulation, the tendency to micro-focus when taking on a bigger task, the things that cause me to run late; it’s a little scary. I believe this book is really going to help me and gives me hope reading it rather than leaves me feeling less than or uninterested as I did when I read other books on organization or increasing productivity.

Two ski trips planned so far!

Steamboat Springs leaving December 7th for 4 days and just bought cheap airline tickets to Denver February 24th for 5 days. SO happy I’m dating a man who likes to downhill ski and comes from Colorado!
