I got to high red belt, but began having severe back issues (I have scoliosis), so I had to stop. I have just recently started up again and am hoping that my back with hold out. I feel confident it will.
Update: I’m back up to a blue belt and making good progress.

I heard recently that you should drink a glass of water with every meal and between each meal. Following this advice, I’ve found my water intake has increased dramatically!

Doing a lot of pushups for the sake of doing them isn’t important. Doing them as part of an exercise routine is definitely worthwhile. But there’s nothing magical about 100 push-ups, especially when you are in a taekwon-do class and are being disciplined. :)
