i advice to go once a month to the sea, just to get fresh air and to do some movement.

proteinediet of nutripharm. Took me only 1,5 months and strict discipline.

Next goal will be going to my ideal weight for length 1m80, and that is 77 kg.

I’m going to achieve this by continuing the diet in a less strict phase with sports.

And again no fat, no sugars, bread or pasta and lots of allowed vegetables!
