So far it has eluded me but being a hopeless romantic, I think that the right guy is somewhere out there. I have come to realise that all most people really want is to know that they matter. In the meantime, I’m focusing on making my own life better, so I’m even more fabulous and more ready when I meet my soulmate. I have love from my friends, family and my cat, but it’s not the same.

I don’t know why anyone would want to jump out of a perfectly good aeroplane, but since my friend did it last year I can see some advantages: the thrill, the challenge of overcoming one of my biggest fears, etc. That said, I would prefer to tandem jump because if the guy that packs the chute does it wrong, he dies too. So it seems a tiny bit safer and less scary than jumping on my own.

Cinque Terre is a little string of five villages in Italy that have been World Heritage listed. There are no cars, and you can hike down through them or take a little tram or train. The way of life seems gentler than many places. Of course, there are many other parts of Italy I’d love to visit, but this tops my list.
