How I did it: I became mostly vegetarian and began supplementing with CoQ10, fish oil, evening primrose oil, zinc and selenium. I also do sugar scrubs weekly and use natural moisturizers instead of moisturizers with parabens. Read how I did it…
I tried the corporate world; I had a huge paycheck and knew a lot of pompous people who also had huge paychecks. But money isn’t everything. Working my fancy corporate job, I developed an anxiety disorder, and lost a lot of weight due to stress (not as great as it seems!).
I recently went back to an old job; not a great job, but a job with plenty of down-to-earth, friendly people. The difference in pay is worth it, just to be around those people again, and to not be in a constant state of high-stress. Think of your health and well-being before your paycheck; that’s my best advice.
