I like how one of my goals is to go to bed by 10:00 every night for a week (I can only dream) and another is to have a sleep cycle that consists of six twenty-minute catnaps and a whole lot of insomnia.

I’m now addicted to reading the New York Times. I wish I could have it delivered, so I could unfold it and crumple it up and spill orange juice on it, but instead I read it online. It’s a good timewaster, though, so I have to be careful not to get sucked into the whirlpool of blogs, op-eds and little videos.
