Just today I completed the 6 week programme at hundredpushups.com. Only three times per week, less than 10 minutes, and I’ve increased my pushup capacity from 40 to 100. Not bad.

Inflammation got cured by time and exercise

I was worried that my 3 week neck inflammation left some permanent damage, but apparently it just took time to heal. Nowadays I can turn my head without problems. Only late in the evening I feel my neck getting too tired and starting to ache a bit, but even that is getting steadily better. I merely avoided positions that hurt badly, but otherwise kept my neck in motion. I also took up nordic walking (you know, walking with staves) which really helped by back muscles unwind.
