I just finished reading “The Best Way To Lose” by Janet Daily. I am almost finished with reading ” The South Beach Diet” by Arthur Agaston.
I would like at least one day a month to go somewhere and do something different, just the two of us.
We moved in Febuary of 2007 and I still have boxes I need to unpack and things are not arranged the way I like them yet.
I have 3 years worth of magazines either I have subscribed to or have given to me ( I take them all, I can’t resist) and cannot just through them away. Have to read the good articles and clip all the yummy recipes. Will try to get through at least one a week and then throw it away.
I am going to try the South Beach diet. My friend does this and looks great!
I have seen all the first season thanks to Netflix. I miss them often on TV because I never get to the TV on time. I hate to start in the middle of a show or series, so I guess I will wait for the 2nd season on Netflix and I can watch them in order. Awesome show
I am a perfectionist and therefore I frustrate myself with all that I think I need to accomplish and not be able to do them perfectly. The “I can do anything for 15 minutes” seems to be a god send for me. I hope I can live up to doing this.
