How I did it: Once I realized that I had maxed out every credit card in my name and borrowed against others to pay them off to no avail, I had to admit that 1.) I had a spending problem and 2.) I had to do something about it...fast! At the time, I was married to my first husband (who also had issues with money management) and we decided to look into credit counseling. This was the first big move. It was a smart one. We cut up AL… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Once I finally realized that I needed te become a teacher (I was called to the profession in college when I was about 2/3 of the way through undergrad and studying to be an anthropologist) I busted my butt through as many teaching and English classes as I could manage. Since I was motivated, my grades were very good, but it was a lot of work. Methods courses are hard to take concurrently, so I recommend taking more than 2 year… Read how I did it…
How I did it: We didn't have that much stuff in there to start with, but there were still boxes in the garage from when we moved in initially and they were getting ruined and gathering dust. I am doing better after weeks of study, but don’t know if it will be enough to make the cut. I’m waffling between confidence, serenity and panic. It’s kinda funny, actually! Whatever happens. I’ll be glad if I can keep my head on straight for the 4 hours I’m focused on that screen tomorrow. Any good vibes are appreciated!
After fussing with the migration process for too long, I decided to ditch my server and my entire previous website (it was horribly out of date anyway). I decided to reactivate my old mac account on mobile me and so far I have been very happy! It’s fast, professional, and I’m not losing my mind. I was able to put together an entire website for the benefit a couple of nights ago and it looks pretty good. I will no longer waste valuable time on this! Now I can focus on getting together a new photo gallery of work and new buttons from paypal. Totally jazzed!
