Get access to a car for practice/commute
so hard 2 months ago

I don’t want to own a car. I just do not have the budget for it, nor the parking space.

I just need a car I can use with someone in case I miss my bus. I need another licensed driver to observe me. I would like to go either from a train station or my house. I am too embarrassed to ask my co-workers if they are willing to do that.

I cannot rent a car, since I only have a learner’s permit. I have no idea what to do.
