into Projects (takes more than a day) and Tasks. I’m working on the Projects a little at a time (breaking them down into their next task), and the Tasks are getting completed, too. Every day I’m writing down just a few things that I really think I want/can do that day, and then I’m doing them. I take into consideration my energy level that day, and I include things that I didn’t include before (like going to church or a dr. appt.) because they weren’t on my task list. But now I feel that if I’m going to do them, they should be on my list so I can plan effectively. Depending on how I feel, even “take nap” or “make dinner” might be on the daily list. I feel a lot better about what I’m able to do. Yay!

It was a good idea

It was a great idea. When I adopted it, I had a lot of angst about someone. I have less angst (though not entirely gone), and my focus is elsewhere. Maybe some other time. I’ll keep it around in case I want to re-open it later.
Actually completely forgot about this

Bought inessentials on Amazon.com, for example. And other things. But I am thinking more before I buy, which is an improvement. I think I’m going to let this goal go, and see if a more appropriate one surfaces.
