I love how yoga makes me feel, and I own a few DVDs, so why don’t I do it more often? I do a DVD maybe once a month. I’d like to do it 1-3 times a week. I don’t know why I get in my own way with this, often I just forget, but sometimes I feel too busy, or would rather do it with nobody watching or interrupting (my son will ask “why are you copying that woman on TV?” and otherwise interrupt me). I want to practice yoga regularly and enjoy the benefits!
