I worked up to about 17 miles per week beforehand and had no problems. the Reno Rock n River Half Marathon was the race and it was a blast!

Travel alome. It forces you to meet the people instead of going from one “photo opp” to the next. travel on mass transit, or better yet hitchhike. whatever you do, neer tell anyone you are an American when hitchhiking. sorry, but that is the way it is these days

Wow That was easy! 2 years ago

This was easierthen the 5K I ran last month!
Did the Meridian Gold Run for Education last weekend. 55 minutes ain’t that fast, but it ain’t slow either!
