How I did it: I have been a smoker for 10 years, but when I wanted to lose a bit of weight, I found that I couldn't run a half-mile without getting winded. I stopped smoking and everytime I was going crazy with cravings I would just run until I felt better. I signed up for a marathon to keep the trend going, and now I am done with smoking!
