How I did it: First you need to get to Ica.I took a Cruz del sol bus from Lima to Arequipa and then after seeing Arequipa.I got a bus from there to Ica.Once you are in Ica, you are pretty much almost in Huacachina. Ride bicycle to work at least once a month

I’ve tried it once.
It’s not too bad. It took me ~ 35-40 minutes to get to work while driving would take me 15 to 25 minutes with traffic lights.
But it’s getting cold and day is shorter.
