Suffering from anxiety disorders is paralyzing. I function but don’t feel like I accomplish anything. Cognitive therapy to deal with my underlying emotions is helping.

How I did it
How I did it: My body did it for me. I was tired of being in pain because I'm allergic to the smoke. After my illness my sinuses cleared and my face felt less puffy. I tried smoking again and my face congested and swollen. I haven't smoked since. Read how I did it…

I have started walking a minimum of 30 minutes every week day. I also got a pedometer to track how many steps I walk a day. I am trying to increase my daily steps to total 10,000. Its amazing how easy it is.
